Rasika Krutika Live in Kent

On 11 May 2026, Rasika and Krutika Live in Kent was hosted by Marathi Mandal Kent in collaboration with Nirvana Events. The evening brought Marathi community families together for a soulful and vibrant musical experience. Rasika and Krutika captivated the audience with a beautiful blend of Marathi Loksangeet, Bhavgeet, Abhanga, Powada, Marathi film classics, new-age songs, and a few much-loved Hindi Bollywood melodies. Their powerful voices, graceful stage presence and heartfelt performance left the audience truly in awe, making it a memorable celebration of Marathi music and culture.

Swar Karuna Baithak – Buddha Pournima Special Charity Gathering

On 10 May 2026, Nirvana Events UK had the honour of organising a special charity event for Wolverhampton Buddha Vihara on the auspicious occasion of Buddha Pournima.

The evening was graced by our guest artists, the immensely talented Rasika Borkar and Krutika Borkar, who delivered a soulful and enchanting Indian classical music performance. Their presentation created a serene atmosphere, allowing the audience to experience meditation through music and feel a deep sense of peace, reflection, and bliss.

This was a truly unique and memorable performance, presenting Buddha’s timeless message through classical Bandish, followed by semi-classical compositions beautifully woven around the values of compassion, wisdom, peace, and maitri.

Nirvana Events UK is grateful to Wolverhampton Buddha Vihara, the artists, volunteers, and everyone who joined this peaceful celebration and made the occasion so meaningful.

Rasika & Krutika Borkar captivated the audience with a soulful, melodious and energetic live performance.

On 2 May 2026, MaayMarathi UK and Slough Mitra Mandal, in association with multiple Marathi Mandals and community partners, hosted a mesmerising Maharashtra Day celebration. Nirvana Events proudly managed the key guest artist segment, featuring Rasika and Krutika Borkar — the renowned Borkar Sisters — who captivated the audience with their soulful, melodious and high-energy live performance.


Featured Talk: “Ayurveda – The Timeless Science of Life” by Dr Narayan Shahane at High Commision of India

On 14 November 2025, Nirvana Events hosted an insightful and well-attended talk by Dr Prof Narayan Shahane of Bramha Ayurved, India at the High Commission of India, London. The session brought together members of the public, modern healthcare professionals, and allied health practitioners for an enriching exploration of Ayurveda as a timeless science promoting holistic health, balance, and wellbeing.


Deep Sandhya with Gazhal Nawaz Bhimrao Panchale.. Aksharvishva Marathi Sahitya Sammelan (6th)

This was a unique event for promoting Marathi literature and poetry. We had a team of literary enthusiasts who had travelled to attend this event from India through support of Snehal Arts and Eucation Society. They performed poetry, read literary work, launched Marathi literature books. There were Ghazhal recitation and songs performed by local artists. The evening was lit up like Diwali fireworks by genius trio of Pandit Ramakant Gaikwad, Bhaghyree Panchale and Gazhal Nawaz Bhimrao Panchale. The audience were left in awe and had a feeling of ‘Ye Dil Maange More’. As per our motto we were able to create more happy memories. Looking forward to more in the next year.

Lecture and Q&A with Dr. Jagannath Dixit: Reversing Diabetes & Lifestyle Disorders

On 6 September 2025, we hosted a Lecture and Q&A session with Dr. Jagannath Dixit on Reversing Diabetes & Lifestyle Disorders.
The session was attended by Lifestyle enthusiasts and health proffessionals who were keen to understand:

  • The root causes of lifestyle diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes
  • Simple, sustainable changes to reverse these conditions naturally
  • Myths and facts around diet, exercise, and medical treatments

Lokrang Sandhya with Nandesh Umap

On 6th June 2025 we hosted a cultural celebration event. There were performances by local proffessional artists Indian Classical songs, Indian Folk Dance Lavani etc.

Nandesh Umap was a special guest at the event. He mesmorised audience with his folk songs, Marathi Loka geet, Bhakti Geet and Powada


Thombre Bai – Live in Leicester

On 25th May 2025, we launched ourselves by hosting a hilarious Marathi stand up show by Neha Thombre- aka Thombre Bai. It was a housefull show that made audience ROFL.
